About UsL'Heureux Properties (pronounced "La-Rue") has been leasing to students and professionals for over 40 years. We are a family owned business that employs three generations.
Our primary goal is to provide a safe, clean living environment to our renters. We strive to surpass the minimum requirements for health and safety. We will work with our student tenants as they navigate the financial territory of student aid. The internal workings of Ohio University and Hocking College are familiar territory to us.
