Genesis III Parking

Fern Alley Entrances @74NCourt & @74E State.  Entrance to Genesis III is located beside 15 Fern St.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Should an unauthorized vehicle be parked in your assigned spot, you are advised to contact CURTIS TOWING at 740-593-7048 to request a tow. DO NOT park in another space, or you will also be subject to being towed.
  2. Each Lessee is assigned one lot number and can register two vehicles (medium or small cars, small pickups, or mini vans) to park in the assigned space. Towing companies are no longer willing to patrol the lots but will still tow unauthorized vehicles parked illegally.
  3. Any change of vehicle(s) must be emailed to ATHENS@LHXPROP.COM or called into our office at 740-592-5036. Remember, you are only permitted to register two vehicles at one time. If you have changed vehicle(s) and the office is closed, NOTIFY OUR OFFICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! You are responsible for your parking changes.
  4. Lot / Space numbers:
SECURE PARKING- Your lot number is printed on the back of your assigned space. You may enter the parking lot from Court St or Mill St, whichever is most convenient for you.
EAST STATE STREET PARKING- Your lot number is printed on the back of your assigned space. you may enter the parking lot from E. State St.
GENESIS III PARKING- Spaces #1-8 / space number is printed on the sign in front of your assigned spot.  Spaces #9-21 /  space number is printed on the wall in front of your spot.  
    5.   Lot number assignments are made relative to vehicle size, whenever possible. At some time, it may be advisable to change your lot
          number due to vehicle size or traffic.
    6.   Large pickups, vans or autos are no longer permitted (unless grandfathered) in any space on the lot.
